يُعتبر تعاقد شركة «ابداع كران بديده» مع الشركة الوطنية للنفط لتوفير أكثر من 300 ألف متر مربع من Aluminum Jacketing و أدوات العزل لمصفاة المرحلة 19 لحقل بارس الجنوبي وفق معايير الشركة الوطنية للنفط (IPS) من أكبر العقود المبرمة للشركة.

تقع المنشآت الشاطئية للمرحلة 19 لبارس جنوبي على شوطئ الخليج الفارسي في منطقة تمبك بمساحة تبلغ حوالي 5/218 هكتار بين مصفاتي المرحلة 11 و 12 لبارس جنوبي، في منطقة بارس 2 الاقتصادية الخاصة للطاقة. تتمّ تحلية الغاز الحامض في هذه المصفاة خلال 4 عمليات معالجة الغاز و يتمّ حقن الغاز إلى الخط السادس لشبكة أنابيب الغاز الشاملة للبلاد. و يتمّ تصدير المكثفات الغازية المنفصلة في المصفاة بواسطة خطوط الأنابيب تحت سطح البحر و SPM، كما يتمّ تصدير LPG المنتجة في هذه المصفاة إضافة إلى استخدامها في بتروكيماويات داخل البلاد. تبلغ القدرة الإنتاجية لهذه المصفاة 6/56 مليون متر مكعّب من الغاز الغني، و 75 ألف برميل من المكثفات الغازية، و 400 طن من الكبريت، و 05/1 طن من العاز السائل LPG سنويّاً و مليون طنّ من غاز الإيثان سنوياً لتوفير طاقة وحدات البتروكيماويات داخل البلاد. تمّ تدشين هذه المصفاة في فروردين عام 1396 ش (April 2017).

In 2016 E.G.P. Company has installed new production line machineries, using cold drawing equipment, for manufacturing seamless alloy steel tubes according to ASTM standards. Our tubes are available in diameters of 25.4mm (thickness 2.77mm), 19.5mm (thickness 2.11mm) and 12.7mm (thickness 1.65mm) that are usable in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries for heat exchangers, boilers, and air coolers.

This company is also capable of manufacturing the respective product at dimensions below one millimeter for use in auto-manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health and hygiene, and alimentary industries – as per the customers’ orders.

Insulation is among the highly significant issues in large-scale facilities and factories including refineries and power plants because use of insulators leads to saving in costs via reduction of heating and cooling energy losses, and, helps environment conservation, process control, and also, safety enhancement. It is inevitable to utilize insulator protection jacketing to protect the insulator itself against detrimental ambient agents as well as mechanical damages and also to maintain the efficiency of insulators for longer duration.  

Nowadays, among variety of metallic insulator protection metal jackets, aluminum jacketing is the more popular compared to other counterparts due to its low weight, high flexibility and resistance against corrosion.

E.G.P. Aluminum Jacketing products are typically manufactured using alloys 1000 and 3000 in accordance with “ASTM B209” and “EN 485” standards. Different types of aluminum jacketing with Polykraft Moisture Barrier (PFBM) manufactured by this company are divided into four categories, as below:

  1. Smooth aluminum jacketing in rolls of 1 meter width, thickness ranging from 0.25 through 1.2mm & length upon request.
  2. Smooth aluminum jacketing sheets, thickness ranging from 0.25 through 1.2mm, 1m width and 2m length.
  3. Corrugated aluminum jacketing rolls (5mm corrugation) of thickness ranging from 0.25 through 0.5mm, width 1m and length 30m.
  4. Deep corrugated aluminium jacketing sheets (32 mm corrugation) thickness ranging from 0.25 through 1.2mm, width 0.92m and length 2m.

Polyfilm(Super-Polykraft) Moisture Barrier (PFMB)

 

 

Be aware of SRBs!

After much studies and research being conducted, the new product of E.G.P. Company designated with the trademark Super-Polykraft was manufactured as a novel generation of aluminium jacketing with Polyfilm liner resistant against microbial corrosion.

Corrosion has been one of the most considerable problems of industries including petroleum, water distribution, and power plants for long. It not only imposes high costs of maintenance but also results in production shutdown, lengthening of repair duration, occurrence of disastrous incidents, and consequently, could inflict huge losses such that the respective losses in countries like England, Australia, Germany, and Japan is estimated to be around 1 to 5 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP). Contribution of microbial corrosion in the total costs of corrosion in the aforementioned industries is approximately 50%.

The reason behind use of moisture barrier is prevention of infiltration of any moisture into the metal and protection of the internal surface of the metal jackets against corrosion. Sulfur compounds are used in kraft paper production process; the respective compounds provide the conditions for generation of spores and fungi in contact with moisture, and gradually, start to decompose the paper. And, corrosion occurs if the polyethylene film coating is imperfect. The agent of this adverse phenomenon is Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB). We have found a solution to cope with SRBs via replacing the Polykraft Moisture Barrier (PMB) with Polyfilm Moisture Barrier (PFMB).  It is worth noting that the achievement of these efforts and research has been confirmed by Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (Iran).

 

Thanks to its two polyethylene layers at two sides of the kraft paper, PFMB prevents moisture from transferring into the paper, and on the other hand, acts as an electrical insulator leading to prevention of formation of galvanic cell and corrosion occurrence. The principal superiority of this moisture barrier compared to polykraft liner is prevention of growth and proliferation of SRB bacteria and further protection of the insulator.

Persian Gulf Star Refinery Project

E.G.P. Co. is honored to manufacture and procure more than 700 thousand m2 of Aluminum Jacketing and insulation ancillaries associated with the major ongoing refining project in Iran in accordance with the NIOC’s standard (IPS).

Construction of Persian Gulf Star refinery is the first refinery designed based on gas condensate feeds with capacity of daily 360,000 gallons from 2006 in a field of 700 Ha in Bandar Abbas which would utilized in case of on time supply of financial resources to up to March 2018.

Utilizing Persian Gulf Star Refinery, Iran is now self-sufficient in terms of petrol and diesel and this refinery will become one of 5 main exporters of petrol in Middle East.

Ebdaagaran Padide Company with more than 16 years of excellence plays significant role in insulator protection productions in completion of construction and utilization project of Persian Gulf Star.

 

One of the largest contracts of E.G.P. Co. has been to supply more than 300,000 m2 of Aluminum Jacketing and insulation ancillaries for Phase 19 of South Pars Gas Field Development Project (according to the NIOC’s standard (IPS)).

The onshore establishments and facilities of Phase 19 border the Persian Gulf in Tumabk region (approximately 210 km East-South of Bushehr Port) in an area measuring about 218.5 hectares, between the refineries of Phase 11 and 12 of South Pars, in Pars 2 Energy Economic Special Zone. Phase 19 includes drilling of 15 wells on three wellhead platforms. The gas and condensates extracted from the said wells will be transferred to the Onshore facilities in Tumbak region using 2 submarine gas pipelines measuring approximately 129 Km in length. In the Onshore refinery, the sour gas, condensates, water and other impurities will be collected from offshore facilities and upon separation; they will be refined into intended materials. Upon sweetening the sour gas in 4 rows of gas processing, sweet gas is injected into Pipeline VI of the National Gas Grid. The condensate separated in the refinery is exported using submarine pipeline and SPM.

The refinery started work in April 2017.

Phase 19 development of South Pars is set to produce 50 mcm/d of sweet gas, 75,000 b/d of gas condensate, 400 tons a day of sulfur, 1.05 million tons a year of liquefied petroleum gas and one million tons a year of ethane.

The contract for the development of phases 13 & 14 of South Pars project has been signed between Mapna Company as employer and E.G.P. Co. as one of the main suppliers of Aluminum Jacketing and insulation ancillaries.

Upon commissioning, each of the phases 13 and 14 will be capable of producing 50 million cubic meters of sweet gas, 77 thousand of gas condensates, and 2900 tons of liquefied gas per day. Furthermore, multiple folds of added value will be gained taking into account daily production of 2750 tons of ethane for petrochemical complexes.

Mapna Company is engaged in engineering, procurement, construction, erection and running of compressor and metering station, sulfur recovery and granule making units, power distribution, steam generation and distribution unit, fuel supply systems, supply and distribution of service and precision tool air, production and storage of nitrogen, facilities for the transfer of sea water, booster pump, water packages, diesel, cooling water package, treatment of water and waste water, chemicals and sulfur storage tanks and electrical systems.

مراقب SRB ها باشید!

 

 

بعد از مدت ها تحقیق و بررسی، محصول جدید شرکت ابداع گران پدیده با نام تجاری سوپر پلی کرافت، نسل جدید Aluminum Jacketing با آستری Polyfilm مقاوم در مقابل خوردگی میکروبی،  به مرحله تولید رسید.

 مسئله خوردگی از دیرباز یکی از مشکلات صنایعی چون نفت، توزیع آب و نیروگاه های برق بوده که نه تنها باعث تحمیل هزینه های بالای نگه داری شده بلکه باعث توقف تولید، تطویل زمان تعمیر، بروز حوادث ناگوار و متعاقباً ایجاد خسارات هنگفت نیز می شود؛ به طوری که این خسارت در کشورهای انگلستان، استرالیا، آلمان و ژاپن حدود 1 تا 5 درصد تولید ناخالص ملی تخمین زده می شود. سهم خوردگی میکروبی از کل هزینه خوردگی در صنایع مذکور حدود 50% است.

علت اصلی استفاده از آستر عایق رطوبتی (Moisture Barrier)، جلوگیری از نفوذ هر گونه رطوبت به فلز و حفاظت سطح داخلی لفاف های فلزی در مقابل خورگی می باشد. در پروسه تولید کاغذ کرافت، از ترکیبات گوگردی استفاده می شود که در تماس با رطوبت شرایط را برای تولید هاگ و قارچ فراهم کرده و به تدریج شروع به از بین بردن کاغذ می کند. و چنانچه پوشش فیلم پلی اتیلن کامل نباشد خوردگی فلز رخ می دهد؛ عامل ایجاد این ضایعه (Sulphate Reduced Bacteria (SRB می باشد. ما با جایگزین کردن آستر پلی فیلم (PFMB) به جای آستر پلی کرافت (PMB)، راه حل مقابله با SRB ها را یافته ایم! شایان ذکر است که نتیجه این تلاش و تحقیق، مورد تأیید پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت ایران قرار گرفته است.

آستر پلی فیلم، با داشتن دو لایه پلی اتیلن در دو طرف کاغذ کرافت، از یک طرف، مانع انتقال رطوبت به کاغذ شده و از طرف دیگر، در تماس با فلز، عایق الکتریکی بوده که سبب جلوگیری از تشکیل پیل گالوانیک و مانع بروز خوردگی می شود. برتری اصلی این آستر نسبت به آستر پلی کرافت، جلوگیری از رشد و نمو باکتری های SRB و حفاظت بیشتر از عایق می باشد.

 

 

شرکت ابداع گران پدیده افتخار تولید و تأمین بیش از 700 هزار متر مربع Aluminum Jacketing و ملزومات عایقکاری مربوط به بزرگترین پروژه پالایشی در حال اجرای کشور را مطابق با استانداردهای شرکت نفت (IPS)، دارد.

ساخت پالایشگاه ستاره خلیج فارس،  نخستین پالایشگاه طراحی شده بر اساس خوراک میعانات گازی با ظرفیت 360 هزار بشکه در روز، از سال 1385 در زمینی به مساحت 700 هکتار در بندرعباس آغاز شده است و در صورت تأمین به موقع منابع مالی تا پایان سال ۱۳۹۷ به بهره برداری خواهد رسید.

با بهره برداری از پالایشگاه ستاره خلیج فارس، ایران از نظر تولید بنزین و گازوئیل خودکفا گشته و این پالایشگاه یکی از 5 صادرکننده اصلی بنزین در منطقه خاورمیانه خواهد شد.
