Available Services
Cold Drawing
Utilizing specialized surface preparation equipment—including descaling and phosphate coating systems—our cold-drawn tubes achieve a smooth and uniform surface finish. This process enhances dimensional precision and mechanical strength.
Tube Cutting
Precision tube cutting is carried out according to the client’s required lengths.
Straightening
Our advanced 20-roll straightening machine minimizes curvature and distortion, ensuring excellent uniformity and accuracy in the final product.
Annealing (Heat Treatment)
Our annealing process involves uniform heating, temperature holding, and controlled cooling, resulting in improved ductility, stress relief, microstructure homogenization, and reduced risk of cracks or distortion.
The heat treatment unit is equipped with one of the largest industrial furnaces in the private sector in Iran. With a capacity of 10 tons per charge, a 14-meter length, a 1 x 1.2 sq m internal cross-section, and a heating capability of up to 1000°C, the furnace is ideal for long and heavy components.
This unique capability makes us a reliable partner for industries requiring heat treatment of oversized or heavy parts, such as long tubes, bars, sheets, cylinder pipes, automotive components, and steel castings.
Final Delivery Conditions
BK– As drawn, no final heat treatment; low deformability.
BKW– Light cold drawn after heat treatment; suitable for bending and light machining.
BKS– Final cold drawing followed by heat treatment; improved formability and machinability.
Upon request, tubes can be supplied with various surface finishes including oiled, phosphated, or painted. Packaging is available in nylon wrap or kraft paper, and can be palletized, boxed, or crated. Technical and process-related information is provided via product cards or tube marking.
